You just don't have time to make it to the gym, huh?!

Lately, I hear a lot of excuses...I just don't have time to make it to the gym. Well, here is a quick workout that you can honestly complete in 5 minutes..IF YOU DO NOT TAKE A TIMEOUT!!

Here it is: 30 squat jumps
                10 burpees
                50 mountain climbers
                10 pushups
                40 jumping jacks
                10 situps

Do 3 sets and if you do not take a time out then you will have finished within 5 minutes!!
