Not everyone who attends our gym has an interest in competing in the boxing ring. Boxing conditioning is beneficial for everyone regardless of when you may need to use your skills. We offer Three options for Group Training:
1. Our Boxing and Strength Classes are fast paced tempo, a great cardio alternative and skills developed with fitness focused training. These classes are held Tuesday and Saturday and highly encourage taking the assessment session prior to any boxing class since basics are not taught in group fitness classes just enhanced upon them.
2. For those wanting to step up their boxing IQ: we offer a program Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7-8pm at $160/month. This will include partner sparring drills, so mouthpiece, sparring headgear and sparring gloves are needed.

SATURDAY: 9-10am BOXING BOOTCAMP
